Main objectives

▪ To enroll patients in the ORGANOTREAT and ORGANOPREDICT trials.

▪ To establish PDOs from biopsy specimens retrieved from prospective studies (clinical trials) or retrospectively from frozen specimens (and on-site PDO collections).

▪ To collect autologous immune cells when relevant (infiltrating and circulating).

▪ To amplify and biobank PDOs.

▪ To establish PDOs molecular portraits.

▪ To orient (ORGANOTREAT) and monitor (ORGANOTREAT and ORGANOPREDICT) the patients enrolled in trials.
