Functional assays and quantitative read-outs for ORGANOGRAMs Main objectives To obtain high-content, time-resolved images on about 3,000 PDOs from a subset of 30 patients (10 per cancer type). To exploit this “discovery cohort” for hypothesis-driven and data-driven analyses of PDO responses. To identify the variables and parameters that correlate with patient response to treatment or disease progression. To determine key events that limit or accelerate the response of the PDO in the ORGANOGRAMs. Lead: Charles Baroud, PhD
