Functional assays and quantitative read-outs for ORGANOGRAMs

Main objectives

▪ To obtain high-content, time-resolved images on about 3,000 PDOs from a subset of 30 patients (10 per cancer type).

▪ To exploit this “discovery cohort” for hypothesis-driven and data-driven analyses of PDO responses.

▪ To identify the variables and parameters that correlate with patient response to treatment or disease progression.

▪ To determine key events that limit or accelerate the response of the PDO in the ORGANOGRAMs.
